摘要
文章论述了以糯米为发酵原料,以燕麦、麸皮、砻糠为辅料,以中草药为功能性成分生产保健米醋的研究过程。确定了生产工艺和中草药组方。对供试动物的降脂实验结果表明,动物血清胆固醇酯(TC),甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均有明显下降。
This review discussed the process to produce healthy rice vinegar, which takes glutinous rice as ferment raw material, take oats, bran and Longkang as auxiliary materials, and take extract juice of Chinese herbal medicine as functional ingredients. We have determined the production process and the Prescription of Chinese herbal medicine. The results of lowering the animals' lipid which is tested shows the significantly decline of animal serum cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and high--density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).
