肾气丸、右归丸对“劳倦过度,房室不节加庆大霉素”致肾虚大鼠精液质量影响的实验研究

Study Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill on the Quality of the Sperm of Renal Deficiency Rats Caused by Excessive Lassitude and Sexual Activity and Gentamicin

目的:观察肾气丸、右归丸对"劳倦过度,房室不节加庆大霉素"致肾虚模型大鼠精液质量的影响。研究二者在肾主藏精,主生殖机能方面的不同作用。方法:使大鼠游泳造成劳倦过度,并以College效应诱导房室不节,加注射庆大霉素造成肾虚模型。用肾气丸和右归丸进行治疗。结果:肾气丸、右归丸能明显增加肾虚大鼠的精子数量、精子活动力和精子存活率;二者虽无明显差别(P>0.05)。但右归丸效果趋向更好。肾气丸能明显改善大鼠的体质状况,右归丸能明显减少精子畸形数(P<0.01)。结论:肾气丸、右归丸均能明显改善肾虚大鼠的精液质量,而右归丸在改善肾虚大鼠生殖机能方面强于肾气丸。

objective： To abserve the effection of the sperm of the rats of model with renal deficiency caused by excessive lassitude and sexual activity and gentamicin, and research the different efficiency between the Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill in possesion of renal fine and the main reproductive function. Methods ： The model group was compared with compulsive swimming and excessive sexual activity and gentamicin.The excessive sexual activity was induced by college effect everyday for 4 weeks.The treatment groups were treated with the same way as the modle group, and they were separatedly fed with Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill. In addition, they were injected excessive gcntamiein everyday for one week. Results： Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill can greatly increase the amount, the activity, and the survived rate of the sperm, however, there is no sense statistically between Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill and You Gui Pill （ P 〉 0.05）, The You Gui Pill is inclined to have better efficiency than Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill.The physical fitness of tile rats in Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill group is better than that of the rats in You Gui Pill group.The number of abnormal sperm of You Gui Pill group has been decreased obviously （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ： Both You Gui Pill and Jin Gni Shen Qi Pill can greatly increased the quality of the sperm of renal deficiency rats. the efficeney of You Gui Pill is much better in comparafion with the one of Jin Gui Shen Qi Pill in improving thd main productive of function of the rats （P 〉 0.05） .
