摘要
目的:建立测定ZKT纳米粒中柠檬酸的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Dikma Platisil ODS—C18(250mm×4.60mm,5um),流动相为0.8%的NH4H2PO4(磷酸调pH2.8),流速为1.0ml·min^-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为214nm。结果:柠檬酸进样量1.18—11.8ug与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.52%,RSD=0.85%(n=6)。结论:所用方法准确、快速、简便、重复性好,可控削ZKT纳米粒的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the citric acid in ZKT nanaoparticles. Methods: RP - HPLC was adopted.Citrlc acid was determined on a Dikma Platisil ODS C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5um}, the mobile phase consisted of 0.8% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjust pH to 2.8 with phosphoric acid), the detective wavelength was 214nm. Results: Good linearlty was obtained in the range of 1.18 - 11.8ug ( r= 0.9999) .The average recovery was 98.52% with RSD of 0.85% (n = 6) .Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and reproduciible. It can be used for the quality control of ZKT nanaoparticles.
