资源型企业核心竞争力评价方法研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Core Competition Capacity for Resource-based Enterprises

根据资源型企业的特点,建立了一套由资源、技术、管理3个层面构成企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,并构建了评价模型。以某金矿为研究对象,采用层次分析法(A H P)对企业的核心竞争力进行定量分析,通过计算分析,求解出该公司的核心竞争力指标平均值。

According to the characteristics of resource - based enterprises, an evaluation index system and a evaluation model of core competition capacity of the enterprises was established, the index system including three aspects of resources, technology and management. Taking some gold .mine as object of study, quantitative analysis of its core competition capacity was mad with analytic hierarchy process（AHP） , and the average value of indices of its core competition capacity was got.
