Development of Ferritic Stainless Steel with 15% Chromium for Automobile Exhaust System

摘要 开发了用于15%Cr汽车排气系统的铁素体不锈钢(FSSNEW),并对其室温力学性能、高温强度、高温抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能进行了研究.研究结果表明,开发钢的室温强度高于T409L和SUS430J1L,具有良好的塑性,其成形性可满足深冲加工性能的要求;高温抗拉强度与屈服强度优于或基本相当于目前所使用的铁素体不锈钢的性能;高温抗氧化性、耐点腐蚀和晶间腐蚀性能明显优于T409L. The ferritic stainless steel with 15% chromium(FSSNEW) for automobile exhaust system was developed. Its mechanical properties at room and high temperature and resistance to high-temperature oxidization and corrosion were investigated. The results showed that the developed steel exhibits higher strength than T409L and SUS430J1L with high plasticity and formability provided to meet the deep drawing requirements. Its high-temperature tensile yield strength is superior or equivalent to that of some other ferritic stainless steel now used. Moreover, its resistance to high-temperature oxidization, pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion is more excdlent than T409L.
