Research on Endogenous Innovation Capability: Environment-Based Perspective

摘要 结合企业所面临环境的特征,分析不同环境中企业资源对自主创新能力的影响,以及不同环境中企业自主创新能力与企业竞争优势的关系。研究发现:在包容性弱和动态性强的环境中,较多的资源有助于企业自主创新能力的提升;而在包容性强和动态性弱的环境中,企业资源所导致的组织刚性反而不利于自主创新能力的提高。同时还发现,企业自主创新能力对竞争优势有着重要的影响,尤其是面临着动态性强和包容性低环境的企业。 There are competing views on the relationship between firm's resources and indigenous innovation capability. However, the environment which has an important influence on this relationship has been ignored. This paper analyzes the relationship between firm's resource and indigenous innovation capability under different environment context. The research finds that resource can enhance indigenous innovation capability under the condition of low environmental munificence and high environmental dynamism; while under the condition of high environmental munificence and low environmental dynamism, resource has a negative effect on indigenous innovation capability.
