耦合关系下的技术创新网络组织治理研究

Research on Governance of Technological Innovation Networks Based on Coupling Relations Perspective

技术创新网络正成为当前合作创新的主要组织形式。然而,网络化的合作创新常常半途夭折、成功率低,亟需进行有效的治理。建立在交易成本理论与组织理论基础上的网络组织治理阻碍了合作的创新性。从技术创新网络组织治理的目标出发,提出了基于耦合关系的技术创新网络组织治理逻辑;技术创新网络组织应该采用松散的耦合结构治理、关系治理和契约治理来实现治理目标。

Technological Innovation Network is current form of cooperative innovation. However, often stalled mortality; success rate is lower, which need effective network governance. the innovation The traditional governance, based on Transaction Cost Theory and Organization Theory, hinder activities＇ innovativeness. From nature of the network, we analytical framework of the governance based on the coupling relations. Technological Innovation Network should be used loosely coupled structure governance, relationship governance and contracts governance. The thesis has offered reference for effective operation of innovative networks.
