变革型领导、团队创新气氛对组织公民行为的影响——跨层次研究模型 被引量:13

摘要 在当今迅速变化的外部环境中,组织中越来越多的采用团队形式的工作模式来增强组织的灵活性和创新性,团队成员在工作中的角色经常发生变化,工作职责的界限也变得越来越模糊,因此团队成员的组织公民行为显得尤为重要。介绍变革型领导,团队创新气氛,组织公民行为的概念,接着提出团队创新气氛在变革型领导风格和团队成员的组织公民行为的关系中起到中介作用,并根据研究的需要把变革型领导、组织公民行为作为个体层次的变量,进而形成一个跨层次研究模型。指出研究的不足及未来研究方向。 At present, organizations prefer to adopt team mode to strengthen the flexibility and innovation under the rapidly variable environment. Team members often change their roles during the work as well as the task responsibility circumscription turns to be more and more blurry.there are seldom documents investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and team innovation. This paper firstly reviews the concept of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and team climate for innovation. And then it proposes that team climate for innovation plays the role of inter medium between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. According to the research requirement, a cross-level model is set up based on individual-level variables of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, it points out the insufficiency and the future research direction.
