山西省万家寨引黄工程用水管理体系探讨

Research of Water Utilization Mangement System of the Project of Water Diversion from the Yellow River in Wanjiazhai, Shanxi Province

山西省万家寨引黄工程是我国一项大型的水利工程，建成后供水区的水资源状况将发生巨大变化。研究和建立引黄供水区新的水管理体系是一项重要课题。针对成立供水经营集团公司和供水区内的所有水价与引黄水价接轨等观点，阐明了不同看法，提出了建立水管理新体系的主要思路，并参照世界先进经验提出了网络式组织结构的管理模式。

Completion of Wanjiazhai project of water diversion from the Yellow River in Shanxi province, one of large hydraulic projects in China, will bring about great development of water resource in water supply area. Study of establishment of new water management system in the area is an important issue. Aimed at the view points of setting up water supply management company group and connecting of water price in the area with water diversion from the Yellow hiver and others, ideas are expounded in the paper, a main thought of establishing new water management system as well as the management model of administration organization structure network on the basis of world advanced experiences are put forward.
