摘要
2009年2月28日,第十一届全国人大常委会第七次会议上投票通过了《中华人民共和国保险法》(修订稿),这部新的《保险法》将于2009年10月1日起实行。本文通过对原《保险法》与新《保险法》的学习与比较,指出了原《保险法》存在的不足与缺陷,分析了新《保险法》的显着特点,探讨了新《保险法》颁布后,对我国保险业未来发展产生的影响。
On February 28, 2009, the Eleventh Session of the Seventh National People＇s Congress Standing Committee voted in favor of the ＂Insurance Law of the People＇s Republic of China＂ （ revised version）. This new ＂Insurance Law＂ will be put into practice on October 1st, 2009. Through the comparison between the original ＂Insurance Law＂ and the new ＂Insurance Law＂, the article points out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the original ＂Insurance Law＂, analyzes the notable feature of the new ＂Insurance Law＂ and talk about the influence for in the future development of China＇s insurance industry after the implementation of the law.
