摘要
为满足隧道盾构施工工法要求,研制了水泥-粉煤灰-膨润土-水玻璃系双液塑性同步注浆材料。探讨了材料组分对注浆材料流动性、凝胶特性、稳定性、强度等的影响,解决了大水灰比水硬性浆液的长期稳定性问题,较好地统一了材料的长期稳定性、早期强度等因素与施工性能的矛盾,浆材具有良好的综合性能,能满足同步注浆施工自动化技术要求。
For meeting the requirements of shield tunnel construction, the plastic grouting meterials which are made from cement, fly ash, clay and silicade, and mixed with two kinds of liquids, respectively, were developed for double tube grouting method. The effects of the material components on flowability, coagulability, stability and strength of grouting were mainly investigated. The contradiction between long time stability, early strength of grouting materials with high water cement ratioes and their construction properities were resolved. These grouting materials possess good overall properties, can satisfy construction automation requirements of simultaneous grouting, and may be used for the shield tunneling construction of the South North Water Transfer Project.
