摘要 [目的]研究不同的激素处理对非洲菊离体繁殖的影响。[方法]以非洲菊重瓣切花品种桑格瑞拉为试材,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的BA、KT、NAA、IAA,对非洲菊进行诱导分化、继代增殖和生根培养试验,研究不同激素种类、组合及浓度对非洲菊诱导分化、继代增殖和生根培养的影响,筛选最佳的激素组合。[结果]在初代培养中,IAA 0.1 mg/L+BA 10 mg/L的处理对芽的诱导效果最好,芽的分化率最高;在继代培养中,IAA 0.1 mg/L+BA 1.0 mg/L的处理对芽的增殖效果最好,芽苗生长整齐,叶色深绿,芽苗高度达2cm以上;生根阶段以IBA 0.01 mg/L处理效果最佳,产生的根量适中,有利于苗的生长。[结论]选用合适的细胞分裂素与生长素的组合及比例对非洲菊愈伤组织的诱导和芽分化具有重要作用。 [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of different hormone treatments on in vitro propagation of Gerberajamesonii Bolus. [ Method] With the double-flower cut-flower cuhivar of G. jamesonii Bolus Sangren as tested materials, MS was used as the basic medium and was added by different conen, of BA, KT, NAA and IAA. The differentiation and induction, subculture and proliferation as well as rooting culture tests were carried out on G. jamesonii Bolus so as to research the effect of different hormone types, combination and concn, on induc- tion and differentiation, subculture and proliferation as well as rooting culture of G. jamesonii Bolus and screen the best combination of hor- mones. [ Result] The induction effect with IAA 0.1 mg/L + BA 10 mg/L treatment on buds was best and the bud differentiation rate was the highest in initial culture ; the proliferation effect with IAA 0.1 mg/L + BA 1.0 mg/L treatment on buds was best in subculture, on which the bud seedlings grew tidy, leaves were dark green and shoots were over 2 cm in height; the effect with IBA O. Ol mg/L treatment was the best at rooting stage, on which the number of produced root was moderate and suitable for the growth of seedlings. [ Conclusion ] The appropriate combination and proportion of cytokinin and auxin played an important role in callus induction and bud differentiation of G. jamesonii Bolus.
