生物药剂混配对枸杞蚜虫的联合毒力作用 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]为枸杞蚜虫的防治提供理论指导。[方法]采用浸渍法测定1.8%阿维菌素乳油与2.5%鱼藤酮乳油、1%苦参碱可溶性液剂、0.5%绿农宝乳油、10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂混配对枸杞蚜虫的联合毒力作用。[结果]1.8%阿维菌素乳油与2.5%鱼藤酮乳油按有效成分1∶4混配、与0.5%绿农宝乳油按有效成分1.0∶0.6混配、与10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂按有效成分1.0∶11.2混配均具有增效作用,其共毒系数(CTC)分别为477.5、455.1、244.5 mg/L;1.8%阿维菌素乳油与1%苦参碱可溶性液剂按有效成分1.0∶1.4混配的共毒系数(CTC)为110.3 mg/L,药效表现出相加作用。[结论]该试验中4种农药混剂对枸杞蚜虫的防治效果均较好。 The study was to provide the theoretical guidance for control of Aphis sp. [ Method] Impregnation method was taken to study the allied toxicity function of 1.8% abamectin and 2.5% rotenone, 1% matrine, 0.5% vertrine and 10% imidacloprid mixed prepara- tion on Aphis sp. [ Result] 1.8% abamectin mixed with 2.5% rotenone with effective components proportion of 1 : 4, 1.8% abamectin mixed with 0.5% vertrine with effective components proportion of 1.0: 0.6, 1.8% abamectin mixed with 10% imidacloprid with effective compo- nents proportion of 1.0:11.2 all had synergism with co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of 477.5, 455.1, 244.5 mg/L resp. 1.8% abamectin mixed with 1% matrine with effective components proportion of 1.0:1.4 had the efficacy additive function with CTC of 110.3 mg/L. [ Conclusion] 4 kinds of pesticide mixture in this test all had good control effect on Aphis sp.
