摘要
[目的]筛选能有效防治葡萄霜霉病和白粉病的药剂。[方法]在田间小区试验中,防治葡萄霜霉病设6种药剂,防治葡萄白粉病设3种药剂,于2种病害发生初期每隔7d施药1次,共施3次,施药后7~10d统计病叶率和病情指数,分析防治效果。[结果]6种药剂中,烯酰吗琳、灰霜特、金雷多米尔和灭菌成对葡萄霜霉病均有较好的防效,其中在霜霉病发生严重的地区,灰霜特防病效果最好,在发生较轻的地区,烯酰玛琳和金雷多米尔防效最好.其次为灭菌戍。供试的3种药剂均能较好地防治葡萄白粉病,在白粉病发病较为严重的地区,三唑酮防病效果最好,白粉病发生相对较轻的地区,阿米西达防治效果最好,其次为敌力康。[结论]该研究为这2种病害的防治提供重要的指导依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to screen the reagents that could effectively control the downy mildew and powdery mildew of grape. [ Method ] In the field plot experiment, 6 kinds of reagents were set up for controlling grape downy mildew, and 2 reagents were set up for controlling grape powdery mildew, the medication was applied once every 7 d interval in initial stage of 2 diseases occurring, and applied 3 times totally, the statistics were made for diseased leaf rate and disease index after 7 - 10 d medication applying, and control effect was ana- lyzed. [ Result] Among 6 reagents, Dimethomorph, Huishuangte, Gold-ridomil and Miejuncheng all had good control effect on grape downy mildew. In the area where downy mildew was serious, Huishuangte had best disease control effect. In the area where disease was not so se- vere, Dimethomorph and Gold-ridomil were in the optimal control effect and the next one was Miejuncheng. The tested 3 reagents all could control grape powdery mildew well. In the region where powdery mildew was serious, Triadimefon had best disease control effect and in the re- gion where powdery mildew was mild relatively Amistar had best control effect and secondly was Dilikang. [ Conclusion] The study provided the important guiding basis for controlling on these 2 diseases.
