稀土元素钐对蝌蚪生长发育的影响

Effects of Rare-earth Element Samarium on Pollywog's Growth and Development

[目的]探讨不同浓度的稀土元素钐对蝌蚪生长发育的影响。[方法]以蝌蚪为材料,用含有不同浓度硝酸钐的湖水饲养蝌蚪,数周后测定蝌蚪的变态率及硝酸钐对蝌蚪体重、致畸率和死亡率的影响。[结果]随着硝酸钐浓度的增大,蝌蚪的变态率显著降低,死亡率也随之增大;但钐对蝌蚪体重、致畸率的影响不明显。[结论]稀土元素钐对蝌蚪具有较大的毒害作用,可明显抑制其发育。

[ Objective ] The aim was to explore effects of different concentrations rare-earth element samarium on pollywog＇ s growth and de- velopment. [ Method ] With pollywog as material, through the method that breeding pollywog with lake water containing different consistency ni- tric acid samarium, test the effect of nitric acid samarium on pollywog＇ s weight, metamorphosis rate, teratogenic rate and mortality after sever- al weeks. [ Result ] The results showed that with the rise of nitric acid samarium＇s concentration, pollywog＇ s metamorphosis rate has signifi- cantly reduced, along with the rise of mortality rate ; but the repression to the increase of weight and teratogenic rate are not very significantly. [ Conclusion ] The rare-earth element samarium is poisonous to the pollywog, evidently represses its development.
