摘要 上海高桥石化原顺丁橡胶装置能耗、物耗和生产成本较高,与国内同行业相比较,存在产品市场竞争力较差等不利因素。本次技术改造通过对回收工序和凝聚工序的局部改造,以较低的投入,较大程度地降低装置的能耗、物耗,降低生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争能力,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。 The former cis - butadiene rubber plant of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co. , Shanghai, had a higher energy consumption, higher material consumption and higher cost. Compared with the plant in the same industry, this plant had such disadvantages as poorer competitive strength of the product in market. After this revamping, the energy consumption, the material consumption and the produetion cost for the plant have been reduced to a greater degree, by local modifications of the recovery section and the coagulation section and with lower investment, from which competitive power in market have been attained and good economic and environmental benefits obtained.
