关节镜下应用等离子行髂胫束斜形松解治疗外侧弹响髋

Arthroscopic treatment of external snapping hip by iliotibial band oblique release with plasmakinetic operational system

目的探讨关节镜下应用低温等离子治疗外侧弹响髋的方法及临床价值。方法采用美国杰西公司生产的低温等离子手术系统(Atlas)对38例(46髋)外侧弹响髋患者,行关节镜下挛缩髂胫束斜形松解,边试边松,至关节弹响消失,被动屈髋自如为止。结果术后敷料加压包扎,无皮下积血积液,术前疼痛及弹响症状消失,髋关节活动正常。随访5个月～2年,平均10个月,效果良好。结论关节镜下应用低温等离子治疗外侧弹响髋,创伤小,痛苦轻,住院时间短,安全可靠,效果肯定,值得推广应用。

[Objective] To access the methods and clinical values of plasmakinetie vaporization for arthroseopie treatment of external snapping hip by iliofibial band release. [Methods] Thirty-eight eases （46 hips） were treated arthroscopieally by iliotibial band oblique release with Atlas, the operation was not finished until the snapping disappeared and the passive hip flexion was good. [ Results ] All the patients were satisfied with the operation after operation, there was no complains of pain and swelling. The pre-operational signs of pain and snapping disappeared. All the cases were followed up for 5 months to 2 years and the average time was 10 months. The clinical results were effective. [ Conclusion ] The application of the arthroseopie technique to treating external snapping hip with plasmakinetic operational system has advantages of minimal invasion, slight suffering,short hospital stay, safety and effectiveness. The method is worthy of popularization.
