摘要
目的探讨大学生网络成瘾与应对方式、情绪障碍的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,从郑州大学文、理、工、医、体育5个学科门类中抽取大一、大三学生共957人。采用修订的中文网络成瘾量表、应对方式问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑状态/特性询问表进行自填式问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷878份,有效回收率91.75%。网络成瘾检出率为8.31%,其中男生11.59%高于女生4.30%,不同性别检出率差异有统计学意义;大一学生为7.33%大三学生为9.42%,年级间检出率差异无统计学意义;网络成瘾组与正常组学生比较,在应对方式各维度上得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在抑郁、焦虑状态、焦虑特质得分差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.01);网络使用状况与应对方式中的自责、幻想、退避、合理化及抑郁、焦虑状态、焦虑特质呈正相关,与应对方式中的解决问题和求助呈负相关。结论大学生网络成瘾者倾向于使用消极的应对方式,且成瘾者呈现出较高的抑郁与焦虑水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between internet addiction disorder and coping style,emotional disorder in college students. Methods From five universities in Zhengzhou city,957 college students of grade one and grade three were sellected with stratified cluster sampling. They were assessed with coping styles questionnaire, Internet Addiction Scale-Chinese revised, Self-Rating Depression Scale ( SDS ), and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Results There were 878 valid questionnaires and the effective recovery ratio was 91.75%. The detection rate of intemet addiction in the students was 8.31% ,and the rate in males( 11.59% ) was higher than that of in females(4. 30% ) with significant difference. No significant difference existed in internet addiction rate between grade one(7.33% ) and grade three (9. 42% ). There were significant differences in the scores of all dimensions of coping style between addiction group and normal group (P〈0. 01). Significant difference also existed in depression,anxiety state and anxiety trait between the two groups(P 〈 0. 01 ). There were positive correlations between internet use and coping styles of self-accusation, fantasy, wince, rationalizational and depression, anxiety state, anxiety trait. However the coping styles of solving problem, asking for help were negatively correlated with internet use. Conclusion The internet addiction individuals inclined to negative coping style, and the students with internet addition disorder had obvious anxiety and depression disorder.
