摘要
目的比较蒙古族与汉族学生细胞色素P4501A(CYP1A1)基因Msp I限制性片段的多态性。方法选取内蒙古地区蒙古族和汉族学生各60人,采用PCR-RELP技术进行基因多态性分析。结果内蒙古地区蒙古族和汉族学生CYP1A1基因野生型纯合子(wt/wt)、杂合子(vt/vt)3种基因型的频率分别为33.3%,48.3%,18.3%和35.0%,51.7%,13.3%,基因型频率分布差异统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内蒙古地区蒙古族与汉族学生Msp I限制性片段的多态性差异无统计学意义。
Objective To compare the Msp I genotype polymorphisms of cytochrome P4501 A1 ( CYP1 A1 ) gene between Mongolian and Hart studengts. Methods The genotype polymorphisms was analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphisms(RELP) of the CYP1 A1 gene with the restriction enzyme Msp I in 60 Mongolian and 60 Han students. Results CYP1AI genotype frequencies were 33.3% for homozgous wild-type (wt/wt) ,48. 3% for heterozygote (wt/wt), and 18. 3% for homozygous variant (vt/vt) in the Mongolian students. Among the Hart students,the frequencies of homozygous for wild-type ( wt/wt), heterzygote (wt/wt) and homozygous variant (vt/vt) of CYP1 A1 were 35. 0%, 51.7% and 13. 3% ,respectively. Chi-square tests showed no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The CYP1 A1 genotype frequencies in the Mongolian and Han students of Inner Mongolia showed no statisical difference.
