鼻内镜下扁桃体腺样体联合摘除术治疗小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停通气综合征62例分析

Treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope(analysis of 62 cases)

目的探讨鼻内镜下扁桃体腺样体联合摘除术治疗儿童OSAHS的临床效果。方法对62例儿童OSAHS患者鼻内镜下一次性施行扁桃体腺样体摘除术。扁桃体采用挤切法或剥离法,腺样体内镜下吸切器吸除。术后随访3～6个月。结果62例患者术后睡眠打鼾、憋气、张口呼吸、呼吸暂停等症状全部消失。术后无并发症。结论鼻内镜下扁桃体腺样体联合摘除术是治疗儿童OSAHS的有效方法。

[ Objective ] To explore the clinical effect of transnasal endoscopic procedure for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. [Methods] Transnasal endoscopic procedures for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were performed in 62 cases of pediatric OSAHS. The patients were followed up postoperatively for 3-6 months. [ Results ] The symptoms of all the patients dis- appeared postoperatively. No complication was found postoperatively. [ Conclusion] Transnasal endoscopic procedures for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy are effective methods in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）.
