摘要实现自尊与尊他,营造和谐人际环境,是重塑高校馆员形象的重要一环,亦是高校图书馆和谐发展的重要保证。从馆员素质、管理艺术、馆内条件、读者态度等方面,论述营造和谐人际环境中的自尊与尊他问题的重要性。参考文献10。 Realizing self respect and the respect for others and building harmonious interpersonal environment is an important link to remold the university librarian s image and also the important guarantee for the harmonious development of academic libraries.This paper elaborates the importance of self respect and the respect for others in building harmonious interpersonal environment from several aspects.
