临床上将除卵巢、腹膜、深部结节型以外的子宫内膜异位症(内异症)称为特殊部位内异症。特殊部位内异症早期虽有症状,但无特异性,诊断困难,常常导致误诊。特殊部位内异症具有相关的症状和体征,根据部位不同采用手术和(或)药物治疗。早期发现病变并治疗可以很大程度地控制疾病的进展,减轻患者的痛苦。
