难治性子宫内膜异位症(内异症)往往对一般药物治疗效果较差。资料显示GnRH-a治疗可取得较好的疗效,内异症伴有慢性盆腔疼痛等需要长期或反复给药者,GnRH-a联合反向添加疗法无疑具有更重要的地位。此外,芳香化酶抑制剂及免疫治疗也在研究及开发中,有望成为有效的难治性内异症的治疗药物。
