Cystectomy for ovarian endometrioma and ovarian reserve

摘要 腹腔镜下囊肿剔除术是目前卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿首选的手术方法,但可影响卵巢储备功能,严重者可致卵巢功能衰竭。因此,手术中尽量保留和保护正常的卵巢组织,估计手术困难者先行假绝经治疗后再进行手术,可减少对卵巢功能的影响。 Laparoscopic cystectomy has turned out to be the procedure of choice for ovarian endometrioma.Meanwhile, the procedure may impair the ovarian function, and to make the matter worse, ovarian failure occasionally follows. Therefore it would be bene- ficial to ovarian function to reserve and protect the normal ovarian tissues and to administer pseudom- enopausal therapy for the tough endometrioma preop-eratively.
