碾压混凝土剪切破坏机理以及单点法试验

摘要 探讨了碾压混凝土剪切破坏机理。在刚性压力机上进行了直剪试验,以求得荷载变形全过程曲线。试验表明,曲线分4个阶段,并伴随内部裂纹的发展变化。这4个阶段是弹性阶段、塑性阶段,卸载(小应变)、大变形和滑移阶段。并确定和解释了“临近破坏点”。作者参与现场“临近破坏”单点法直剪试验,结果各工况平均剪切强度小于峰值法的为3%左右,但它们的峰值摩擦系数几乎相等。 This paper describes the shear failure mechanism of roller compacted concrete(RCC).The direct shear test on rigid presser was carried out to examine the loaddeformation curve.The curve shows 4 stages of deformation,i.e elastic,plastic,loadoff (small strain),big deformation and slip stages.The near failure point is then determined and explained.The author also carried out direct shear test with single specimen in the field for near failure point. The mean value of shear strength are about 3% less than that of the peak load test method.However theirs friction factors of peak value are approximately equal.
