腹泻性贝类毒素生物法检测中的误差原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了腹泻性贝类毒素的毒性、检测方法及其对用小白鼠分析法检测腹泻性贝类毒素的误差来源进行分析。试验结果表明:(1)检测过阳性样品的器材清洗不彻底会导致腹泻性贝类毒素偏高,甚至出现假阳性;(2)腹泻性贝类毒素提取过程带来的误差(偏高或偏低);(3)注射小鼠方法不当造成的人为误差(偏高);(4)试验小鼠品种不同造成的误差需要进一步研究探讨。 The diarrhoeal shellfish poisons' (DSP) toxicity and detection method were introduced in this paper; the cause of error in DSP detection by mouse bioassay was analyzed. The experiment results showed that ( 1 ) unthorough cleaning of the tested materials could lead to high DSP, or even false-positive; (2) the extraction process of DSP leads the error (on low side or high side) ; (3) the ways of injection into the mice with improper methods causes the artificial error (on high side) ; (4) error caused by different varieties of tested mice needs further study.
