新疆鼻咽癌226例临床病理分析

Clinicopathologic analysis of 226 cases nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Xinjiang

目的:研究LMP1在新疆地区鼻咽癌中的表达及EB病毒与鼻咽癌的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法,检测135例鼻咽癌中EBV-LMP1的表达情况。结果:135例鼻咽癌中,LMP1阳性表达为65%(88/135),35例淋巴结转移病例中,LMP1阳性表达为80%(28/35)。结论:新疆地区鼻咽癌与EBV感染密切相关,EBV-LMP1在鼻咽癌发生、发展中扮演重要角色。EBV-LMP1阳性表达与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移显著相关,与年龄、性别、民族及组织分型无明显相关性。

Objective： To study the expression of LMP1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Xinjiang and the relationship between EB virus and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods：The expression of EBV-LMP1 in 135 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive expression rates of LMP1 at 135 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 65% （88/135）- The positive expression rates of LMP1 at 35 patients with lymphatic metastasis was 80% （28/35）. The positive expression of EBV-LMPI correlated with lymphatic metastasis and irrelevant to age, gender, nation- al, histological typeing. Conelusion：nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Xinjiang and EBV＇ infection is closely correlation, EBV- LMP1 play an important role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and development.
