摘要
目的:探讨护理本科学生应对方式与人格特征的关系。方法:采用应对方式评定问卷和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对石河子大学护理本科学生采取分层整群的方法进行测试分析。结果:应对方式测试有70.4%的学生采用成熟型应对方式,有29.6%的学生采用不成熟应对方式。EPQ问卷评定内外向得分显著高于常模,掩饰性得分显著低于常模,应对方式因子分析与EPQ各维度存在不同程度的相关。结论:通过本次调查分析,了解护理本科学生心理特点。建议高校管理者在加强理论教育同时,还要针对学生的特征进行心理健康教育。
Objective: To investigate the relation and status quo of personality characteristic and coping style of the medical college nursing students of Sihezi university. Methods:Applying the Eysenck personality questionnaire ( EPQ) and the coping style questionnaire to investigate the college nursing students of some university, sampling by layering the whole flock. Results: In the nursing students, there are 70.4% adopt mature coping style, 29.6% adopt immature coping style. The EPQ test indicates that nursing students got more marks on the factor of introvertion-extrovertion than the norm, and less score on the factor of lying. Personality characteristic are correlated with the coping style. Conclusion:Through the analysis of the survey, we understand the psychological characteristics of nursing students. College administrators in the proposal to strengthen the theory of education at the same time, but also for students of the characteristics of mental health education.
