摘要
自80年代以来,为了在实际工况下验证油尼龙、改性胶木和复合材料这样一些新开发的平面闸门滑道材料的特性,在丹江口工程的堰顶闸门上,陆续对这些材料进行了原型实验。实验的主要内容系测定它们的静摩擦系数、承载能力和复合层间结合力。实验结果表明:它们的静摩擦系数值均与承压强度呈反比,复合材料、油尼龙和改性胶木三者的测值分别为0.04~0.08、0.064~0.110、0.104~0.163。可以认为:复合材料是一种较好的滑道材料,只是减摩层很薄(小于1mm),对工作环境有一定要求;油尼龙和改性胶木均系整体性材料,对工作环境要求不高,虽摩擦系数值稍高,但仍不失为一种有用的滑道材料。
Since the beginning of 1980s, in order to verify under actual performance condition the properties of slide track materials for plane gate, such as oil nylon, modified bakelite and composite material, the prototype tests with these materials have been carried out on the weir crest gates at Danjiangkou Project. The main testing contents include determining their static friction coefficient, bearing capacity and interlayer bond strength. Test results show that all their static friction coefficients are inversely proportional to intensity of applied pressure, measured values for composite material, oil nylon and modified bakelite are 0.04~0.08, 0.064~0.110, 0.104~0.163, respectively. It may be considered that the composite material is a kind of better slide track material, but, with certain working environment conditions required due to very thin friction reducing layer(<1 mm); Both the oil nylon and modified bakelite are monoblock materials, without stricter working environment requirement, and they are also useful materials for slide track, in spite of slightly higher values of friction coefficient.
