The Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Regional （PPRDER） is the zone of leading edge that China cooperate to ASEAN, ASEAN also offer a great new platform for PPRDER. They can be said to be in an even broader context of implementation of complementary cooperation. By analyzing the PPRDER cooperation with ASEAN of the actuality, the difficulty,the causation, and the PPRDER to further strengthen the cooperation between ASEAN and countermeasures.
