摘要
现代企业组织越来越重视人才的聘任与培养,企业的持续发展,在于员工具有优秀的品质和积极协作的团队,其中最为关键的是,弥漫在组织中的团队积极的合作精神。从实践角度,分析了建设企业团队积极合作精神的条件及影响因素,提出以良好的实践行为作为建设团队积极合作精神的指导思想,以高绩效作为评估团队积极合作精神建设的标准和目标,建立开放的团队管理模式的建议。
Modern corporative organizations more and more concentrate on Recruitment and Training and the company's continuous development. More importantly, they are focus on cooperative team work. From the practical point of view, this article analyzes the conditions for establishing Cooperative Team Work and factors to affect the Team Work. It suggests that the spirit of team work building and cooperation are based on good action; The final evaluation tools of cooperative team work is effective performance; Finally the suggestion is given for establishing management module for open-style-team-work.
