医院感染微生物标本采集原则和方法 被引量：1

摘要 医院感染(Nosocomial infaction,NI)的病原体监测是NI管理的一项重要任务,它在NI全程质控中所起的作用已显得举足轻重.然而,我国多数医院当前NI病例的病原体检测阳性率普遍低下,成了NI管理水准进一步提高的严重障碍.据浙江省NI管理质控中心统计,即使在该省开展NI管理工作较好的27所医院中,1997年7～9月内共监测住院患者75258例,其中发生NI3893例,检出病原体1191株,阳性检出率仅30.59%.当前造成许多医院的NI病原体检出率不高的原因的确甚多,但关键的问题笔者认为是以下几个方面.
