热泵系统干燥软胶丸的工艺

DRYING PROCESS OF SOFT SHELL CAPSULESUSING HEATPUMP SYSTEM

依据软胶丸的干燥特性，提出了将热泵系统应用于其干燥过程的优化工艺流程，并研制了ＴＸＬ型软胶丸干燥机。运行结果表明：该新型干燥机解决了原工艺存在的问题。

A new drying technology using heatpump is proposed to solve the problems existing in the routine drying process of soft shell capsules. Type TXL dryer for soft shell capsules has been manufactured.In practice,much improvement has been made and energy is saved greatly.
