广西医疗机构放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊的调查 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解医疗机构放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊与工龄、工种、年龄、性别、年剂量当量的关系。方法对广西从事医用X射线诊断、介入治疗、放射性同位素的工作人员进行体检,用裂隙灯检查眼晶状体混浊情况,然后对体检结果进行归纳分析。结果广西医疗机构放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊率在不同放射工龄、不同年龄、不同年剂量当量间差异有显著性(P<0.01);在不同放射工种、不同级别医院间存在差异;在不同性别间无差异。从事放射性同位素的工作人员眼晶状体混浊率为31.71%,高于其他工种,电离辐射对眼晶状体的损害随工龄增加而加重;基层医院放射人员眼晶状体混浊率为30.95%,高于市级、县级医院。结论为保护放射工作人员健康,应广泛宣传法律法规,加强防护意识,改善放射防护条件,加强放射工作人员的管理。 Objective To understand the medical radiation staff lens opacities and length of service, types, age, gender, the relationship between the average annual dose. Methods To engage in Guangxi Medical X-ray diagnosis, interventional therapy, medical radiation radioisotope staff undergo a medical examination, slit lamp examination with lens opacities, and then summarized the results of medical analysis. Results Guangxi medical radiation staff in the rate of lens opacities in different radiation length of service, different ages and between the average annual dose there was a significant difference( P 〈 0.01 ) ; radiation at different types of work, different levels of inter-hospital differences; no difference between different sex. The medical radioisotope radiology personnel lens opacification rate was 31.71 percent, higher than other types of work, ionizing radiation damage to ocular lens increase with length of service increase; grass-roots hospital radiology personnel lens opacification rate was 30. 95 percent, higher than the municipal level, county-level hospital. Conclusion For the protection radiation staff health, should be encouraged to widely publicize laws and regulations, strengthening protection awareness and improve the radiological protection conditions, to strengthen the management of radiology staff.
