摘要
综述了近年来国内外双相不锈钢与碳钢异种金属的焊接研究进展。已有的研究结果表明,在焊接过程中,主要应考虑以下两方面的问题,一是接头凝固过渡层的形成易导致焊缝金属中生成脆性相而使接头的塑韧性下降;另一方面是接头界面合金元素碳的迁移使接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能下降。对此,提出了解决问题的工艺措施,并对双相不锈钢与碳钢异种金属的未来焊接研究进行了展望。
The research progresses of welding between duplex stainless steel and carbon steel in domestic and abroad are summarized. Results show that two technical problems should be considered during welding. On the one hand, brittle phases probably produced in the solidification transition region while welding, which will greatly decrease the plasticity and toughness of welded joints. On the other hand, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of joints are also decreased due to the migration of carbon element at the interface of the bonding region. To this end, some meas- ures are put forward for the above problems, and the development trend of welding between duplex stainless steel and carbon steel is also discussed.
