摘要
利用非线性有限元仿真软件Msc.Marc对小直径厚壁焊管的辊弯成型工艺过程进行了模拟。分析了焊管壁厚的圆度误差分布,给出了外径不变与壁厚不变两种情况下误差的多项式方程;总结了成型后壁厚的变化规律,找出了壁厚变化的峰值点。提出了依据壁厚变化规律对轧辊原始外轮廓进行修正以减少壁厚误差的设想,为高精度焊管设计方法提供了新的理论依据,为小直径厚壁焊管的生产应用做出了有益的探索。
The roller bend forming process of small diameter and thickness welded tube was simulated using nonlinear finite element software Msc. Marc. The thickness roundness deviation was analyzed, the polynomial equation was given out under the condition of diameter and thickness unchanged; the variable principle after tube forming was summarized, and the peak value point of the thickness variation was given. A new conception for modifying the roller original external profile to reduce thickness deviation was put forward according to thickness variable principle. The conclu- sions provided new theoretical proof with designing high-precision welded tube, and made some exploration into the oroduction and application of small diameter and thick welded tube.
