口腔扁平苔藓患者血清可溶性白介素2受体水平的初步观察

A Primary Study of Souble Interleukin 2 Receptor in Serum of Oral Lichen Planus Patients

采用双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法对３０例口腔扁平苔藓患者及３０例正常对照者血清中可溶性白介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平进行了检测，结果显示ＯＬＰ患者血清中ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于正常对照组（ｐ＜０．００５）．

Serum from 30 OLP patiants and 30 normals were assayed for souble interleukin 2 receptor by using double antibody sandwiched ELISA.Results showed that level of souble interleukin 2 receptor in serum of OLP patients is significantly higher than normals(p<0.001).So we infered high level souble interleukin 2 receptor can affect immune pathogenesis of OLP patients.
