阴极移动对提高电镀金刚石钻头质量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国电镀方法制造金刚石钻头已经成为一种重要的方法,据了解几乎都采用静置电镀的方法,既不采用搅拌,也不采用连续过滤或阴极移动,致使镀层内针孔密布,金刚石钻头的保径效果很不理想,钻头的耐磨性较差。本论文基于这一现状,进行了阴极移动电镀金刚石钻头的试验研究,试验结果表明,在试验的镀槽条件下,钻头移动距离12cm,移动频率18r/min-22r/min为优化值,电镀出的镀层针孔极少,电镀速度明显提高。 At present, the electroplating method by which diamond drilling bits are made has been widely used in China. It is beheved that static electroplated method is widely adopted, by which not only stirring but also continuous filtration or cathode movement are not adopted so that the pinholes inside ele^troplated layer are densely covered, the drilling bit's gage is not ideal and the bit~ wear - resistance is not good. Based on this point, the experimental research for electroplated diamond drilling bits with cathode movement was carried out. The tested results shows that the traval distance is 12cm, the traval frequency is 18r/min -22r/min, the pinholes inside electroplatint layer are very less and electroplating speed is obviously improved.
