摘要
目的观察采用锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法对22例肱骨近端骨折患者采用锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗。结果22例均治愈出院，随访8—22个月，全部病例均骨性愈合，平均骨折愈合时间为12．6周，无内固定松动等并发症发生。Neer评分：优12例、良8例、可2例、优良率90．9％。结论采用锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折，操作简单，固定可靠，效果满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of locking compression plate （LCP） to treat proximal humeral fractures. Methods From October. 2005 to May. 2008,22 proximal humeral fractures were treated with LCP （WEGO Co. Ltd,SANDONG）. Results All of 22 patients were followed up for 8 -22 monthes postoperatively. All fractures healed within the period of follow up without looseness of internal fixators. The average healing time was 12. 6 weeks. According to Neer＇ s score, 12 cases were excellent,8 cases were good, the other two were fair. The excellent and good rate put together was 90.9%. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation is a simple and reliable proeedure to treat proximal humeral fractures with satisfactory effects.
