区域规划中的可持续发展思想探析——以《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》为例

Study on the Thoughts of Sustainable Development in Regional Plan——A Case of the Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

可持续发展作为规划的重要范例,对新时期区域规划的影响不可低估,但目前关于可持续发展思想在规划中应用的研究甚少。在总结国内外相关研究成果的基础上,阐明规划中的可持续发展思想涵义,阐述把可持续发展思想运用到规划实践的必然性,分析《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》贯彻可持续发展思想的基本思路及有益启示。

Sustainable development has been praised as an important new plan paradigm and its importance to the regional plan should not be underestimated on the new era. However, there have been a few researches to the impact of sustainable development thoughts on planning now. Firstly, the paper retrospects sustainable development thoughts embodied in the planning. Then, we analyze the necessaries to make it to the process of regional plan, and puts forward some basic outlines and enlightenments to achieving sustainable development with the study of the development plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
