糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的作用 被引量:22

摘要 蛋白质的非酶促糖化反应参与机体的许多生理及病理过程。它是葡萄糖与体内蛋白质的氨基发生共价结合的过程,该反应过程不需酶的催化,属不可逆的共价结合反应;反应速度主要由血浆葡萄糖浓度和葡萄糖与蛋白质接触的时间决定,DM或高血糖状态可加速该反应过程,其他因素也可影响该非酶促糖化反应过程。自从Rahbar发现在1例严重的血糖控制不佳的DM患者中糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)异常增高以来,许多基础和临床研究均显示,HbA1C与DM患者的血糖控制及其慢性并发症之间存在密切关系,它可反映机体内长期的血糖控制的平均水平,且较为稳定。虽然HbA1C相对于空腹、
