智能调度是建设统一坚强智能电网的关键内容,是智能输电网的神经中枢,是维系电力生产过程的基础和保障电网运行发展的重要手段。在建设统一坚强智能电网的背景下,分析了建设智能调度的意义、目的,阐明了国内外研究现状,描述了智能调度的内涵、特征、体系架构,剖析了建设中国智能调度所需的关键技术,分析了在建设智能电网调度方面已经具备的技术基础。

As the nerve central of smart grid, intelligent dispatching is the key component of strong and smart grid with Chinese characteristics. Under background of unified strong grid construction the paper analyses the construction significance of intelligent dispatching, illustrates both domestic and overseas research progress, describes content, features, and architecture of intelligent dispatching, analyses key technologies and existing technical foundations for intelligent grid dispatching construction in China.
