摘要
技术标准化问题是当下学术界、产业界和政界所普遍关注的一个焦点问题。当下的技术标准是由历史演变而来,它无法脱离它的历史情境,我们有必要深入研究中国古代技术标准化问题。基于此,本文从中国古代的技术标准的实践出发,深入探讨了中国古代技术标准化的四个关键性问题,即中国古代是否有技术标准,它的动力机制是什么,它的特征有哪些以及它对当下中国技术标准化有什么启示意义。
Technical standardization is now a focused theme of academic, industrial and political world. A probe into technical standardization in ancient China is inevitable due to its ancestral position in the evolvement of today＇ s technical standardization. Technical standardization cannot stand without considering its historical eontext. Hence from the perspective of practices in technical standardization in ancient China, this paper is to explore its four key issues： Did technical standardization exist in ancient China; what＇s the incentive behind; what characteristics did it present and what inspiration could be drawn.
