摘要
分析了高技术企业知识缺口形成的原因及其特征,依据企业知识管理理论,设计出高技术企业知识缺口弥补的一般流程,通过知识缺口识别、分类,弥补策略选择等环节最后实现高技术企业知识缺口的弥补。通过外生因素和内生因素分析进行高技术企业知识缺口的识别,基于知识的战略价值将高技术企业知识缺口分为三类,并分析了各类知识缺口形成的原因、属性及获取成本,最后,提出高技术企业知识缺口弥补策略的选择准则。
Formation causes and characteristics of the knowledge gap of high -tech enterprises are analyzed in this article. It is proposed of a uniform process of compensation for knowledge gaps of high - tech enterprises, during which knowledge gaps of a high - tech enterprise are compensated from identiflcation, classification, to selection of compensation polices, and to compensation at last. It describes how to identify the knowledge gap, through analysis of exogenous factors and endogenous factors, when the knowledge gaps are divided into three parts due to the strategic value, which are implied with different formation causes, attributes, and acquisition costs. At last, it puts forward the criterion to select compensation policies.
