科研团队创新绩效的影响因素及其作用机理研究 被引量:42

摘要 在团队绩效相关研究的基础上开展团队创新绩效的研究,从创新有效性和创新效率两个维度来架构团队创新绩效,探索了团队个人因素、团队结构因素和团队环境因素对团队创新绩效的影响。并在团队理论已有的概念模型基础上,提出科研团队创新绩效影响因素对创新绩效的作用机理模型,以院校科研团队为例的探索结果表明团队互动在团队结构因素及团队环境因素两者与团队创新有效性之间,以及团队个人因素与团队结构因素两者与创新效率之间有中介作用,而科研任务类型对团队互动与团队创新有效性和创新效率两者之间有一定的调节作用。 This work studies the innovation performance of research team on the basis of the research on team performance. We analyze the innovation performance from two dimensions, innovation effectiveness and innovation efficiency, preliminarily exploring the impact of personal factor, structure factor and environment factor on team' s innovation performance. The mechanism model is proposed to show the factor roling in innovation performance based on the conceptual model of team theory. The data show that the inner interaction acts as a mediator variable between structure factor & environment factor and the innovation effectiveness, between personal factor & structure factor and the innovation efficiency while the type of research acts as a moderator variable between inner interaction and the innovation effectiveness, and also between inner interaction and the innovation efficiency.
