摘要
锦屏一级水电站工程施工的重点和难点主要在坝肩开挖、拱肩槽边坡基础处理、混凝土垫座等部位的施工,它们的安全生产是整个工程顺利完成的保障。为此对坝肩高边坡稳定、大坝基础开挖及支护、施工期水流控制、各项交叉施工的协调及现场安全管理等方面系统地制定了工程安全生产的施工组织措施。
Key and difficult points for construction at Jinping 1 st Stage Hydraulic Power Station include mainly dam shoulder excavation, side slope foundation treatment of arch shoulder chute, concrete pedestal, etc. whose safe production will be a guarantee of whole project. So construction organization measures of safe production are worked out systemically for dam shoulder upper-side slope stability, dam foundation excavation and supporting, water flow control during construction, coordination of cross constructions and site safety management.
