结合地理信息技术与震害评估模型,研究了如何对损失结果进行快速的评估计算。简要介绍了基于GIS的地震震害评估系统的设计思路,给出基于四层结构的系统体系架构以及系统功能设计等内容。以人员伤亡评估模型为例,讲解如何综合运用经济损失、人员伤亡、强震等震线等专家模型,对损失结果进行快速评估和动态修正,为抗震减灾决策人员提供支持。

This paper Combinated of geographic information technology and damage assessment model,research on how quickly to get the results of damage assessment calculation.In this paper, we introduced GIS-based seismic damage assessment system＇s design, Four-story structure based system architecture, functional design and other content. We made casualties model＇s calculation as an example, introduced how to make comprehensive use of economic losses model,casualties model , Isoseisms Model and other experts models to get the result of fast assessment and dynamic amendment for earthquake disaster reduction policy-makers to provide support.
