摘要 一、我国学校管理研究应着眼于东方文化的特殊背景 学校管理思想主要源于西方工业革命所产生的科学管理理论,特别是“二战”后,商业领域内的管理思想渗入到教育管理领域,美国、英国、澳大利亚等发达国家掀起教育管理理论研究的热潮,并产生了一批丰硕成果。
