摘要
将TOPSIS模型应用于水利工程项目评标中,并引用信息熵理论来计算各指标的权重,该方法可以避免由专家确定权重的主观性。同时,建立了基于信息熵的TOPSIS水利工程项目评标模型,模拟结果表明其计算简便,思路清晰,结果令人满意,适合于水利工程评标决策。
TOPSIS model is applied to the evaluation of water resources project bidding in the paper, and the information entropy method is adopted in the calculation of parameter weight in order to avoid the subjectivism of fixing weight by experts. In the meanwhile, the paper establishes TOPSIS model to the evaluation of water resources project bidding on information entropy. The result of model shows that the method is simple, and feasible to evaluate water resources project bidding.
