摘要
依据水功能区规划水平年污染物预测量和污染物控制量,分析研究黑龙江省水功能区水质目标的可达性。
According to the level of pollutants forecast discharge and pollutants controlling discharge of the water function zone programming, the accessibillity of water quality target of water function zone was analysed and researched.
